OPENING THE DOOR TO MORE HOUSING
But there is more work we need to do as the housing crisis continues to push thousands more of our neighbors into homelessness. Connections currently operates more than 90 units of short-and long-term supportive housing to permanently end homelessness for individuals and families in northern Cook County. We are committed to bringing more housing to our region, and we are preparing a plan to expand across all our programs to ensure everyone has a place to call home. Together, we can end homelessness, one person at a time.
