Connections’ mission is simple: ending homelessness. The most efficient way to do that is also simple: we prevent it from happening in the first place.
Here’s a look at our impact:
In 2017, we prevented 115 families from becoming homeless.
In 2018, we prevented 224 families from becoming homeless.
In 2019, our goal is to prevent 365 families from ever experiencing homelessness.
